Our caring and professional staff include counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, case managers, administrative staff and volunteers. Some staff work in various roles, ensuring a holistic approach to client care. All our staff are highly trained and competent professionals.
Our Manager, Rachel has had 30 years of counselling experience - 10 of these years with Real Matters.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. ACA accredited and bilingual (English and Italian), Rachel supports all our counselling and intake staff.
She takes particular pride in guiding new counsellors during their early days in the role.
Lin is one of our tele counsellors and has previously worked in the role of intake counsellor.
She works 2 days per week from home, has extensive experience in the counselling field, and is very tech savvy.
Lin is fluent in English and Mandarin
Warrie has worked closely with remote Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory to establish ATSI counselling services.
He has a special interest in ATSI languages. Warrie facilitates all our ATSI cultural safety training at Real Matters.
